Commercial Property Manager - (Jackson) in Jackson, Mississippi For Sale

A successful and long established commercial property management firm specializing in industrial and office properties is seeking their next Commercial Property Manager. As the Commercial Property Manager, you will work in the office for the majority of the time, but will travel to assigned properties monthly. The position is located in the greater Jackson area. Prior experience in multi-family management will be considered. Previous experience in commercial property management with understanding of construction is ideal. Duties: Assist in expediting property maintenance request by entering Work Orders into YARDI (Property Management Software) Asses maintenance Issues by relaying to Maintenance Manager and/or calling correct vendor Sort, Code & Process invoices by building and/or company Enter Tenant rent payments & deposits Creating and Maintaining Budgets Generating Financial Reports as needed for company & third party owners Work with all office staff members on projects in regards to Development, Brokerage, Leasing, Property Management, and Accounting
