Avail space in double room starting Aug 1 in Jackson, Mississippi For Sale

I am graduating from UMC and have to leave my spot in a double room. The house was remodeled this past year so it is not the typical UMC garbage with the pee stations everywhere in the bathroom and broken doors. There are 3 other male roommates who are all really handsome and quite smart. It is a "quaint" place or tiny if you want to be a pessimist, but it has a huge backyard and it is really clean and pleasant inside. For those that are interested in seein the room, write me a message. The roommates are very typical University of Mississippi Medical Center students, they like to have fun on the weekends and they don't attend class often. They have no criminal records that I know of and they are not creepy in any way. They are pretty good guys and I have lived with them for years, so if you are interested you should come by and meet my roommates. Oh yeah, the guy I share a room with has a girlfriend that lives in downtown, so I have a single about 1/2 the time.
