We are two really chill girls who are going to be seniors this upcoming year and want 2 people to share a large double room. The room has enough room for 2 double beds and even has a whole wall of closet space. The location is very peaceful. The rent includes water and trash and LAUNDRY is FREE! Living room area is big and furnished and kitchen is in good shape. There is a fenced in front and side yards that get great sun exposure in the afternoon and free parking in big driveway. We are studious during the week and like to have a good time on the weekends. Looking for drama free people-preferably girls boys ok. You must know each other already to be even considered.
