Currently renting a spacious xxxx sq. foot 6 bedroom 2 bath home in the John Ball Park neighborhood with four other female GVSU/KCAD students. We have one bedroom available immediately and one bedroom available on June 1 and the lease goes through mid-June of xxxx. The room available now is 9X9 including a closet. The room available June 1 is 12X12 and has a walk-in closet. We are located only a few houses away from a GVSU bus route and live in a quiet neighborhood across from Lincoln Park! Rent is $333/month and does not include utilities but the home offers free on and off street parking. First month's rent and $333 security deposit are required upon move-in. Would consider allowing a dog, pet deposit is $200 non-refundable. Respectful female student roommate preferred.
