Heya, time for the actual room now! The room that will be available right away is 10' x 9' but you would be able to move to the master bedroom which is 12' x 11' at the end of may/beginning of June, if you want. The apartment is about 10 min North of downtown Holland and about 30 mins away from Grand rapids (depending on traffic of course). Grocery store nearby, Hope College is right downtown. I bike to one job in downtown Holland every day that it is nice out :) There is a private patio and lawn area, no one lives above or below us and there are only 2 adjoining walls to other renters. Basketball court just a couple dozen feet down the sidewalk. Complex takes care of all landscaping stuff. Grills are ok. Living room is 17' x 14', kitchen is 9' x 8', dining area is 8' x 8'. You would share a bathroom at first but once I leave, you would have a private bath. Kitchen has a bar area facing into the kitchen from the living room, lots of cabinets and drawers, dishwasher, washer/dryer in the unit. What I am charging includes: Rent (rent, water, garbage, sewage), internet, electricity, and gas. Since there are already 2 cats, the max amount of pets has been reached so no others would be allowed.
